Playgroup "Playmates"

St Mark's Parish Playmates is another very popular group among women with babies and young toddlers. The playgroup provides a haven for parents and their small children.

Conducted weekly in the church hall, the group operates on Wednesday mornings from 9.30am to 11.30am, assisted by parents on a roster basis.

Parish Playmates has a core group of 15-20 mothers and up to 25 babies and toddlers in their pre-school years. It is currently very near capacity.

Activities

Usual activities of a playgroup are conducted, including painting, craft, sandpit, cubby house, ball games, water play, shop, kindy gym, puzzles (occasionally), stories and songs.
